Like everyone, I don't always want to be spending hours in the kitchen.

Most of the recipes you'll find here are easy to make, use ingredients you’ll find in the supermarket and are free from processed sugar. Of course, there are always special occasions when we break the rules.

Food should be used to nourish not just our bodies but our souls.

You only live once

Life is for living. Do you want to live a long, healthy and active life? Do you have bucket list items that you want to tick off? Or are you looking for some?

I do! And I'd love to hear about yours too. Firstly, I want to complete an Ironman Triathlon – that’s a 3.8km swim, a 180km cycle and a 42.2km run. The current plan is for Cairns in June, 2018.

And after that I want to run a marathon on every continent. I’ve ticked off Europe with the Amsterdam marathon in 2015. Next up is Antarctica in 2019.
